The Dr. Claude Kershner Show offers practical examples of strategic entrepreneurship through teachings, interviews, and stories.
Claude is the Managing Principal of A.R.C.H. Consulting and Co-Owner of Pool Centurion. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College and Instructor with LDR Leadership, specializing in venture development, practical implementation of leadership theories, and empirically established management practices.
Over a business career spanning more than two decades, Dr. Kershner served as President of Reef Tropical, his family business, which experienced substantial growth under his leadership. He began his career in commercial real estate at CBRE. His research interests include entrepreneurship, personality psychology, and organizational behavior.
Claude holds a Doctorate in Business from Florida International University, an MBA from Oklahoma State University, and a BS in Business & Economics from Lehigh University. He lives in South Florida with his wife and three daughters.
